Shipping information

  • Once your order is confirmed we will shipping it within the next 2-4 business days.
  • As soon as we send your order you will receive an email with your "Tracking Number".

Estimated Shipping delivery time

  • If the delivery is within Puerto Rico, it can take approximately 2-3 days for both, First Class and Priority, to reach their destination.
  • If the delivery is in the United States, it may take approximately 2-5 business days for First Class to reach its destination and Priority may take 3 business days for it to reach its destination.
  • If your order is not for delivery in the United States or Puerto Rico, it will be sent through USPS First Class International and it may take 2-4 weeks to receive it.
  • Our website automatically calculates the shipping cost according to the weight of the package, in case the shipping cost is less than what was charged through the website, the difference will be refunded.
  • If you selected the "Pick Up" option, once your order is ready we will send you an email, text message or WhatsApp to coordinate your pick up.

**Soaps Passion is not responsible if any of these situations occur:

  • In case that the customer registers their incorrect postal address and the package arrives returned, the client must their address and will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
  • If the package was delivered correctly to the postal address indicated by the customer according to the information provided by the "Tracking Number".
  • Packages sent through Priority Mail are covered by insurance in case their are lost or destroyed. If this is the case, it is important that the client contact us as soon as possible because we have 60 days to process the claim.

Información acerca del envío y entrega

  • Una vez su orden sea procesada, ésta será enviada dentro de los próximos 2-4 días laborables. 
  • Tan pronto enviemos su orden usted estará recibiendo un email con su "Tracking Number".

Tiempo estimado de entrega

  • Si la entrega es dentro de Puerto Rico, tanto First Class como Priority podrían tardar aproximadamente 2-3 para llegar a su destino.
  • Si la entrega es en los Estados Unidos, al enviarse por First Class puede tomar de 2-5 días laborables para llegar a su destino y Priority puede tomar 3 días laborables para llegar a su destino.
  • Si su orden no será entregada en los Estados Unidos o Puerto Rico, éste será enviado a través de USPS First Class International y podría tomar entre 2-4 semanas para recibirlo.
  • Nuestra página web automáticamente calcula el costo de envío según el peso del paquete, en caso de que el costo de envío sea menor a lo cobrado por nuestra página web, se le devolverá la diferencia.
  • Si usted seleccionó la opción de "Recogido", una vez su orden esté lista le enviaremos un correo electrónico, mensaje de texto o WhatsApp para coordinar el recogido.

**Soaps Passion no se hace responsable en caso de que ocurra alguna de las siguientes situaciones:

  • En caso de que el cliente registre su dirección postal incorrectamente y el paquete llegue devuelto, éste será responsable de brindarnos la dirección correcta y deberá ser responsable de pagar el costo de envío nuevamente. 
  • Si el paquete fué entregado correctamente en la dirección postal indicada por el cliente según la información brindada por su "Tracking Number".
  • Todos los paquetes enviados a través de Priority Mail están cubiertos por un seguro, en caso de que el paquete se pierda o llegue destruído. Si ésto ocurriera, es importante que el cliente se comunique con nosotros a la mayor brevedad posible debido a que tenemos 60 días para reclamar.
